Eargo Sound Processing and Features
The size of Eargo devices has been likened to that of a standard fishing fly. They are essentially tiny processing units with tiny speakers surrounded by medical-grade silicone fibres that facilitate the flow of natural low tones into the ear canal while amplifying high-frequency tones.
Eargo devices are preprogrammed with four standard settings in two sizes of devices. Those settings are changed with a double tap to the earpiece, which signals the acoustic processor to switch to a different sound profile.
A portable charging device, which can work for up to a week on a single charge, comes with your Eargo hearing aids and can provide up to 16 hours of energy for your hearing aids every time it charges them.
